HOW TO HEAL YOURSELF BEING A TWIN FLAME CHASER

Twin flames possess divine spiritual energies that are perfectly aligned. They are identical reflections of each other but are often afraid to acknowledge their flaws when they see them in their partner's eyes. In a twin flame relationship, one person is referred to as the chaser, representing the more awakened partner who struggles to adapt to the intense spiritual energies that bombard their soul.

This type of relationship can be incredibly intense and overwhelming, and a chaser who is not spiritually mature enough to handle it may find it difficult to cope. To maintain this connection, the chaser must recognize their condition and work to heal it. Otherwise, they may become consumed by self-hatred and regret, which can last for years.

To heal a twin-flame relationship, one must understand their emotional scars and work to overcome them. The chaser must also try to understand the runner's perspective and not let past rejection cloud their judgment. This requires perseverance and determination, even in the face of difficult realities.

When pain becomes overwhelming, it's natural to seek solace in temporary pleasures or material possessions. However, these are not real solutions and can only act as a temporary escape from reality, like a dose of morphine.

Rather than succumbing to their fears, individuals should display signs of resilience and perseverance, facing their inner demons instead of repressing them. The solutions to their problems do not lie outside of themselves but within, and one method of spiritual cleansing is confronting their fears. While they cannot eliminate their fears, they can strive to comprehend and make peace with them, promoting self-healing.

In twin flame relationships, chasers may misinterpret their partner's actions, leading them to give up on their runner counterpart. Both the chaser and the runner share similar anxieties about rejection, abandonment, and injustice, causing a disconnect and misunderstanding between them.

Love and fear cannot coexist. When the chaser perceives the possibility of losing their twin flame, fear replaces love, enabling fear's manipulative schemes to control them. The chaser's responsibility is not to pursue the runner, as the title may suggest, but to love unconditionally, without fear of rejection. Disregard the label of being a chaser and instead embrace one's true identity and reality, as a spiritual identity cannot be defined by a single label.

To love someone genuinely, individuals must relinquish their fears; otherwise, they will become trapped, unable to love freely. If the chaser understands this and always chooses love, they will not only facilitate self-healing but also inspire their twin flame to reciprocate their love.
