Why You’re STILL Not In Twin Flame Union

If you've been on the twin flame journey for some time now and still haven't united with your twin flame, there’s one crucial question that can significantly shift your experience. Are you actively working towards a twin flame union?

If your journey feels out of control, if you’re obsessively pining, if it’s taking much longer than you’d hoped, or if you’re caught in constant push/pull dynamics with your twin, it's important to realize that things won't change on their own. From my experience in my twin flame journey, crystals, meditation, talk therapies, and most forms of energy work are not powerful enough to clear the deep energetic congestion between twin flames to allow for long-term union.

It saddens me when I hear people say, “I’m working through my stuff,” because while they are earnestly trying to achieve union, this approach often makes the journey longer, more difficult, and distressing, and it can cause life to become more chaotic in the process. So, what’s the problem?

It's not the motivation that's the issue; it's the approach. Having worked with twin flame clients for over 10 years, I've observed that those who reach union successfully and quickly do so after addressing two main areas:

Healing the 'Initial Trauma':

This refers to a past life trauma where you and your twin experienced significant separation. This initial trauma often leaves a deep imprint on both souls, creating a powerful illusion of separation that can be difficult to overcome in subsequent lifetimes.

Failing to heal and resolve this trauma is the biggest obstacle to the union, as one or both twins may unconsciously avoid the pain and fear associated with reuniting.

Techniques such as past life regression, deep energy healing, and specialized trauma release therapies can be instrumental in addressing and healing this initial wound.

Healing Childhood Wounds and Emotional Issues:

While it's not necessary to heal every single issue from childhood, it is crucial to identify and clear the most significant emotional blocks that are preventing union. These can include patterns of abandonment, unworthiness, fear of intimacy, and other deep-seated emotional issues.

Emotional healing can be facilitated through various methods, including inner child work, shadow work, and intensive therapeutic processes aimed at releasing old emotional pain and reprogramming negative beliefs.

By addressing these core wounds first, you create a more stable foundation for union, allowing the energetic connection between you and your twin flame to flow more freely and harmoniously.

Commitment to Personal Growth and Transformation:

The Twin Flame journey is as much about individual growth and transformation as it is about union. Both twins must be committed to their own spiritual and personal development.

Practices such as mindfulness, self-love, and continuous self-improvement are essential. This means being willing to face your shadows, take responsibility for your healing, and continually strive to become the best version of yourself.

Engaging in regular self-reflection, journaling, and seeking guidance from mentors or spiritual teachers can greatly support this ongoing process.

Navigating the Energetic Dynamics:

Understanding and navigating the energetic dynamics between twin flames is crucial. This includes recognizing when you're in a runner-chaser dynamic, understanding the purpose behind it, and knowing how to shift out of it.

Energetic practices such as chakra balancing, energy clearing, and learning to maintain healthy energetic boundaries can be very helpful in managing the intense energies that often arise in a twin flame connection.

Patience and Trust in Divine Timing:

Trusting in the divine timing of your union is essential. The Twin Flame journey is not just about reaching union as quickly as possible but about the growth and transformation that happens along the way.

Cultivating patience and trust can help you remain centered and hopeful, even when the path seems challenging or uncertain.

By focusing on these key areas, you can create a more aligned and empowered approach to your twin flame journey, paving the way for a more harmonious and lasting union.

Use energy psychology, not just energy healing. I love energy healing in all its forms and have learned and practiced many throughout my coaching career, but for twin flames, energy healing alone isn't enough. You need energy psychology to clear and unblock stuck energy and discover the limiting thoughts or beliefs associated with it, as these beliefs influence your manifestations. If you only work on the energy, the Universe will manifest negative experiences to clear those beliefs in the 3D world. It's better to use energy psychology to keep your life grounded and balanced as you move toward union.

While energy psychology is effective, the application must be efficient, fast, and economical. Otherwise, you may spend months or years revisiting the same issues without making significant progress. This is why I advocate for 'theme' healing, which addresses themes as a whole in a few sessions rather than focusing on individual memories, which can be time-consuming. With theme healing, you can tackle broader patterns and issues, resolving them more comprehensively and swiftly, which accelerates your progress towards union.

Does Twin Flame Union Need To Be So Difficult?

You don't have to endure the rollercoaster ride of the twin flame journey. By committing to regular energy psychology work, you can clear issues before they manifest in 3D life, avoiding drama and feeling more centered. This allows you to be a conscious co-creator, working towards union with purpose, groundedness, trust, and faith. You can maintain your emotional balance and navigate the journey with greater ease and clarity. I know you can do this—I did, and I've been in union with my twin flame for six years now. You just need to commit to an effective approach that combines clearing limiting beliefs, healing emotional wounds, and maintaining a high vibrational state.
