HOW TO SURVIVE THE RUNNER & CHASER PHASE OF THE TWIN FLAME CONNECTION.

No matter how much effort we exert, we cannot escape our destined path. Referred to as the twin flame relationship, many of us are increasingly encountering it amidst our planet's tumultuous awakening and the transition from traditional relationship norms to a more transparent and sincere form of affection.

The twin flame connection symbolizes the reuniting of two "souls" that originated from a singular energy source, traversing through multiple lifetimes until the moment of reconnection arrives.

A captivating yet often disregarded facet of the twin flame relationship is the phase characterized by the roles of the runner and chaser. During this phase, one soul appears to abruptly and inexplicably distance itself from the other. This separation might appear permanent, but it can also serve as a pivotal aspect of the journey of love.

It's important to recognize that twins have the potential to reunite with respect and empathy, progressing through subsequent stages in unison. When the "runner" soul takes their leave, it's typically driven by feelings of being overwhelmed, unworthy, or perplexed by the profound connection they share—a connection unlike any they've previously encountered. This departure may not signify a permanent ending, but rather a need for time and space to navigate their emotions.

Nevertheless, the twin who remains might feel deserted.

As the runner-chaser dynamic unfolds, the chaser often embarks on an ego-driven pursuit once the runner departs. This pursuit isn't necessarily rooted in the best interest of both souls; rather, it can stem from the chaser's struggles with abandonment, solitude, and self-worth. Intriguingly, the resolution of these internal struggles constitutes the essence of this phase.

In the initial stages of this runner-chaser interplay, neither twin possesses the capacity to effectively process these complex emotions. The runner inadvertently inflicts pain on the chaser by seeming to move forward, while the chaser attributes their suffering to the runner and transfers their emotional wounds onto their twin.

Fortunately, this challenging process aligns with the purpose of this particular phase within the twin flame connection.

The most effective approach for us all during this phase is to grant our twin souls the space to depart if that's what they require. Letting go entails refraining from pursuit, imploring, or attempting to rationalize their return. To truly let go, we must cease projecting our pain and accusations onto our twin counterparts.
