Understanding Twin Flame Runner Feelings

Trying to comprehend the emotions of the twin flame runner during the separation phase can be one of the most challenging aspects. Despite its apparent clarity to you, deciphering their thoughts can be extremely puzzling.

The issue is that even if they attempted to explain it, they probably wouldn't be able to.

You may have come across the term "soul shock" before. I like to describe it as heartbreak but intensified a thousand times. It can feel like each moment brings an overwhelming amount of pain and anguish that you don't know how to handle.

Once your twin flame becomes a runner, you will constantly experience this soul shock.

It hurts. More than any pain I've ever known.

But it's also completely normal for this journey, and it's exactly what leads to their eventual return and the reunion phase.

If you're going through the separation phase of your twin flame journey, I recommend considering twin flames reading. This part of the journey can be tough. You are not knowing how to find them, questioning if you're true to the right person, avoiding false twin flames, and figuring out what steps to take to achieve union.

No twin flame journeys are the same, so sometimes personalized advice tailored to your specific path can make a significant difference.

Is it true that your twin flame runner simply doesn't understand?

The answer depends.

It could be that external obstacles are keeping both twins apart, and the runner may understand and accept the love from the chaser, but the timing is wrong. The other partner may be married, have children, or even be pregnant, and so on.

I, too, initially ran from love and connection because it was just too overwhelming for me to comprehend, embody, and accept. Being intimately connected to someone left me feeling exposed and vulnerable. I felt completely naked.

Regardless of how much I denied it, my soul was yearning for my twin. Every part of me longed for him! Just to feel connected to them. Sometimes I would wake up and the connection wouldn't feel as strong, and I would "panic" because I didn't want to lose him!

Some days felt incredibly lonely and empty, but the connection to my twin kept me at bay. Our connection pulled me out of the night of the soul. It served as a guiding light.

Understanding the emotional chaos involved in the twin flame journey takes time and patience. This experience surpasses our "normal" thinking and understanding.

The "runner" and "chaser" are essentially the same. Both situations indicate that there is work to be done for further healing. Focus on your end of the connection. The more doubt and confusion the chaser experiences, the more confused the "runner" will be. It takes two to tangle!

The most difficult part of it all is that you might grasp what's happening because you're operating at a higher frequency. The twin flame runner is likely still viewing it from the perspective of a typical 3D relationship. They may not have even heard of 5D before, and do you want to be the one to attempt to explain it?

At some level, they do understand. The problem is they don't know how to process this information, which is why they react the way they do. Of course, this doesn't make the separation phase any more accessible, but it's important to remember one thing.

It's not that they don't feel the same thing. It's that they don't understand.

The runner also experiences soul shock, but in a different way than the chaser does.

For the chaser, this is an intensely emotional period. Anger and confusion dominate as you witness your twin flame disregarding your shared destiny and spiritual journey, seemingly without considering your perspective. Meanwhile, you (the chaser) may be striving to express yourself and understand them.

The runner typically handles things differently. With anxiety, fear, and a lack of understanding in control, they tend to resort to avoidance and go out of their way to deny their feelings.

You may struggle to comprehend how the runner is feeling, but the truth is — they don't understand it either.
